Rumors have swirled for years about a reboot of 1994’s cult classic film, THE CROW. Just about every big name actor has seemingly been brought up to fill the legendary shoes of Brandon Lee and now it appears that one of the hottest names on the Hollywood scene may be making The Crow just a tad bit larger and more muscular than you remember.
Jason Momoa (GAME OF THRONES, JUSTICE LEAGUE, AQUAMAN) is reportedly being considered for the role of Eric Draven and the interest is believed to be mutual among filmmaker and actor.
At this time, Corin Hardy (THE HALLOWS) is still linked to direct the reboot that has faced significant obstacles over the last few years. As of press time, there is no release date set for THE CROW remake so this one could still be quite a ways out, especially with Momoa’s schedule getting very busy very soon – he will be playing Aquaman in next year’s JUSTICE LEAGUE film and then be owning the spotlight in the solo AQUAMAN film coming in 2018.
