Every once in awhile a game franchise comes out of nowhere and takes the world by storm. Such was the case with Five Nights at Freddy’s. A point-and-click horror game that originally came out on the PC in 2014. It has since spawned four sequels, a novel, mobile versions, and a film that was announced some time ago.

The latest incarnation, Five Nights at Freddy’s: Sister Location has released for Android and looks to carry on the jump scare tradition. Android Authority reported that Five Nights at Freddy’s Sister Location has two new updates. First is a special mini-game called “Baby Death” and new “Custom Night” mode to suit the players’ game preference. The “Extras Menu” is an additional feature and gamers can also check out the two new endings of the game.The title is available on the Google Play Store for $2.99

In several of the Five Nights at Freddy’s games, the player is a night security officer who must monitor a children’s pizza chain restaurant where the animatronic characters in the restaurant come to life and try to kill them. Using simple mechanics, the player switches between security cameras and doors in their office. In the fourth game, players take on the role of a child who must watch his closet, doors, and under the bed as his toy versions of the Fredbear animatronics come to life.

In this fifth installment, the player takes on a new employee at the sister company of the restaurant chain, Circus Baby’s Pizza World, where they play a newly hired late-night technician, working on animatronic entertainers that may very well kill them on sight. Play it in the dark and be prepared to jump out of your chair.
