If you’ve been enjoying Creepshow on Shudder this month, you’re definitely not alone: the horror streaming platform has scored big-time with the anthology series from Executive producer Greg Nicotero (The Walking Dead), based of course on the 1982 classic from genre giants Stephen King and George A. Romero.

The series currently has a “92% Fresh” rating on Rotten Tomatoes; it’s been watched by more than half of Shudder subscribers; and was featured in Paste Magazine as one of the “10 Best Shows on TV Right Now.” So it should come as no surprise to hear the streaming service has picked up the series for another season!

“For me, Creepshow has been a true labor of love,” said Nicotero. “To be able to pay tribute to George A. Romero’s visionary project and have the show so embraced by fans everywhere is humbling to this horror kid from Pittsburgh. I couldn’t be more pleased and look forward to continuing the series with more ghoulish delight.”

The Season One finale premieres this Halloween, both on demand and on the Shudder TV live-stream at 9:00 pm ET/6:00 pm PT. Shudder is available on all your favorite devices and platforms, including Apple TV Channels.
